Ok.  This week please let there be a better turnout.  Oh, did I say that out loud?

Seriously, only me, Iisac and Eric were at the last meeting, so if you've got nothing better to do, why not?

Hopefully if Gordon shows up we'll get a quick how-to on setting up a network without a router, so that we don't need to rely on him to play Risk.

Due to the huge success of todays Panera Bread Meeting, I've decided to swap over the meeting date from every Thursday to every Friday.  That way not only do more people have the opportunity to go, but also it gives us the chance to go somewhere afterwards maybe?

Either way, all you have to know is now it's every FRIDAY at 2:00 PM to whenever you want to leave at the Panera Bread outside of menlo Mall.  Look for the big orange suitcase with Diggnation on it.

Thanks to a lack of stuff to do during a business trip, we now have an IRC channel! We have a registered channel on irc.ubuntu.com!

Tested clients are mIRC, BitchX, and X-Chat. Java chat does not work yet.

We have a bot who understands some cool commands like <.wz [city], [state]> which will display the local weather so you can see what you're in for when you leave for a meeting. You can also check current news with [!digg, !elreg, !techmcc, and !mccanime].

If you want to have a little fun, try saying "timebomb" in the channel!

Hint: if you suddenly find a bomb in your pants, try typing <cutwire [color]> to save yourself
